Free Membership: Free Members have access to all features of Reliance Matrimonial and there is no expiration date ever. You can keep your Profile as long as you need. Free Members cannot select other members as their matching partners and thus communicate their intention. However Paid Members can select free members and contact them.

Paid Membership: Free Members can upgrade to Paid Membership to enjoy unlimited search and match with all members including free members and also get discounts during renewal of account. In addition, Paid members are displayed on top of search results to get maximum response and can instantly view their Profile Status.

Yes, you can do any of the above for your Profile, Photo, Your Preferences, Email and Password anytime and the changes are updated instantly.

You can find other members in the following ways.
Partner Search – You can use this search tool available on the home page to locate other members of the opposite sex belonging to a particular age group and community with or without their photographs.

Search by ID – You can search and view a member’s profile by entering the User ID of the member.

Search Profile – This search form can be used to search matching profiles for two conditions based on keyword entered. Example “doctor or engineer”, “doctor and mumbai”.

Advanced Search – This search helps to find records for multiple conditions based on values stored in fields such as Community, Caste and sub-caste.

Photo Search - This feature instantly displays photographs and brief information about matching profiles based on user defined conditions.

You can contact other members by using the contact details available in the profile of the matching bride/groom.

You can also find out if another member has selected you by visiting the Selected By link on the Member’s Home page

You can view the log listing the members’ profiles you have selected as your match, by visiting the Selected link on the Member’s Home page.

As you login to your account you will find a link named as Renew your account, after clicking on this link you will be redirected to Paid Membership page where you will get different type of membership options.

We accept all major Credit Cards including International Credit Cards, Checks, Money Orders (MO) and Demand Drafts (DD) payable in Indian Rupees. And when your Paid membership expires you are automatically converted back to Free Member.

On the Index page there is link known as Forgot Password and after clicking on that link you will be asked your login ID, Hint Question will be shown, and Hint Answer should be given by you which is given at the time of registration.

'Member - Home' page is like the control panel of your Profile and membership. You are automatically taken to 'Member - Home' after a successful login. You can perform all the membership activities from here.

Member can fill up the feedback form to request for the cancellation of the membership.
